Previous Birth:-

The prosperous city of Bhadilpur in east Videh of Dhatki kund,was ruled by king Sinharath.He took diksha later on.

Birth:-

Ratnapur city was ruled by king Bhanu & maharani Suvrata.Maharani Srvrata dreamt of 14 auspicious dreams, predicting the birth of a Tirthankar.On Mahasud treej at midnight prince was born.The whole city rejoiced the birth & celebrated if with great pomp.

Naming Ceremony:-

King Bhanu said that when the queen was pregnant,she wished to do religious Upasanas so the prince was named "Dharama kumar".

Matrimony & kingdom:-

Prince Dharma kumar was married when he came of age.He was crowned as the king & king Bhanu.

Diksha:-

Prince Dharma nath took diksha on mahasud yeres.After 2 years muni Dharmanath,again came to the same place,where he had taken Diksha.Under shat parana tree in deep meditation,Bhagwan Dharmanath became a kewalgnani.

Nirvan:-

Bhagwan shri Dharmanath,gave up food & water for a month and attained nirvan at Summet shikhar.
